Rocket Bicocca

The Bicocca was designed to produce outstanding and consistent results, cup after cup. This is accomplished by the ergonomic layout of the Barista’s work area, including the new cylindrical shaped group head. The steam and hot water taps have been designed for ease of use, with a fresh minimalistic aesthetic, that delivers the strong steam and hot water performance expected of a Rocket Espresso machine.

Dual Boiler - features two separate boilers for brewing and steaming, enabling simultaneous operation with optimal temperature stability. The dedicated brew boiler ensures consistent water temperature for espresso extraction, while the steam boiler provides instant, powerful steam for frothing milk.

Volumetric Controls- Automates brewing with programmable buttons for consistent shot volumes, streamlining the process for baristas in busy settings, ensuring efficiency and quality control.

Rotary pump - Unlike vibratory pumps, which use a diaphragm to create pressure, rotary pumps utilize a rotary vane mechanism. This pump type is known for its quiet operation and ability to provide consistent pressure, contributing to stable and precise espresso extraction.
